Rewriting the Story: Why Grace Village Exists
Every year, thousands of teenagers exit the foster care system and step into adulthood with very little support. At Grace Village Foundation, we believe those years should mark the beginning of life’s greatest possibilities, not its biggest struggles.
Our primary goal is simple: to transform the statistics that currently define youth aging out of foster care. We are committed to providing the foundational tools, essential support, and clear guidance necessary for them to build confident, independent, and purposeful lives.
